The easiest Proats recipe 

Proats… let’s be honest it’s the best way to start your day, purely because of the endless amazing toppings you can have on them!

Everyone asks me how do i get my proats so ‘cakey’ and it’s so simple you wouldn’t believe. I don’t use milk, it’s a personal preference and i don’t think it really needs it! especially if you have delicious toppings.
Ingredients

  • 60g oats
  • 2 scoops of whey protein
  • 1/2 cup of water

Method

  1. Combine the oats and protein in a microwaveable bowl, add the water and mix until the dry mixture is completely wet.
  2. Microwave for 2minutes to create a dense bowl of proats!
  3. Top with whatever toppings you fancy!
